LG Innotek equipped EDX LE X-ray fluorescence spectrometry

LG Innotek Ltd specializes in manufacturing the camera module and electronic components. As a member of LG, one of the major corporations of Korea, LG Innotek has always been focusing on quality and safety. LG Innotek has accommodated the EDX-LE X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer, made by Shimadzu, Japan as analyzing the levels of toxic substances in the product is a very important factor to ensure the safety of the products.

The EDX-LE has features such as screening of RoHS/ELV, high sensitivity with SSD Detector and lower limit of detection improved 1.5 to 5 times, high resolution, etc. With these properties, the model was evaluated to fulfill the requirements for testing the content of toxic substances, especially the companies in the electronic industry. In addition, the machine was designed with interlocking door system to prevent radioactive leakage and for easy maintenance, which would make the inspection process more secured and accurate.

This is not the first time that TECOTEC Group delivered an EDX LE machine to corporates in Vietnam. Earlier, this model was also installed and trained by TECOTEC technicians for Sumida Vietnam and Sindoh Vina, etc.
